Ewa Zielinska received her BA in Intelligence Studies and MS in Data Science from Mercyhurst University. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Criminal Justice at the University of New Haven with her dissertation focusing on police wellness and resilience. For the past five years, Ewa has taught various criminal justice and analytics classes and worked on several research projects in the areas of reentry, police recruitment, and cross-cultural justice reform. She is excited to join the research team at the Begun Center and contribute to the development of sustainable, evidence-based practices.
