Julie Rentsch

Julie has over twenty years of experience working on research and evaluation projects geared toward improving programs for vulnerable populations. Prior to working at the Begun Center, Julie worked as a project manager in the CWRU School of Medicine on studies developed for individuals with serious mental illness and neurological disorders. Before working at CWRU, Julie worked in a community based behavioral health setting with clinical management teams to improve program evaluation and to measure long-term clinical impact of agency programs serving families, children, adolescents, and transitional age youth. She also worked with an organization which supports caregivers and empowers all people to age well.  Her primary focus was on improving and promoting programs to support those with dementia and their caregivers.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Baldwin Wallace College, and her Master’s in Sociology from Cleveland State University.
