Shauna Volpe, MA, LPCC, is a Fidelity Specialist at the Center for Evidence-Based Practices at Case Western Reserve University where she provides fidelity evaluation and technical assistance to organizations implementing evidence-based practices. Ms. Volpe began her career in 2010 as a therapist at a non-profit mental health agency.  Since then, she has held numerous positions and executed many responsibilities for the provision of care to individuals with co-occurring disorders including program management, supervision, counseling, and evaluation.

Ms. Volpe’s passion for providing services to vulnerable and underserved populations has led her to work in a variety of forensic and community mental health settings. Most recently, she worked as a program manager in Austin, Texas, guiding the implementation of evidenced-based Supportive Housing services.  Her favorite part of this work has been developing relationships with some of the most interesting and resilient people she has ever met.  She also enjoys learning more about how the implementation of evidence-based practices can assist in improving social determinants of health. 

Ms. Volpe earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Toledo. She earned a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from the University of Denver.
