Event Description
Please join us in person as the Mandel Leadership Fellows and Child Welfare Fellows present their capstone projects via a live poster session on Thursday, May 4, from 5 to 7:30 p.m.
The capstones are culminating scholarly projects completed by the Fellows in conjunction with their courses and field education. These projects critically examine contemporary social work practice and typically propose new or best-practice innovations and applications.
Presentations will be live-streamed from 5 to 6 p.m. for those who cannot attend in person; there is no Q&A for this portion. In-person attendees will have the opportunity to ask student presenters questions directly from 6 to 7:30 p.m. during the reception.
Complimentary parking will be available in Lot 79 on Bellflower Road and refreshments and hors d'oeuvres will be provided for in-person attendees.
