Event Description
Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine’s Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusive Excellence and the Mandel School's Office of Equity and Belonging are hosting a V.I.T.A.L.S. Women’s History Month panel discussion that will highlight the courage, tenacity and resilience of trailblazing CWRU women. It will address the topics of overcoming bias and discrimination, celebrating the wins, gender equity for women in STEM, mentorship and career advancement, and professional development.
The moderator is Justice Melody J. Stewart, PhD (SAS '08), JD, and the panelists include:
- Angela Clark-Taylor, PhD | Executive Director, CWRU Flora Stone Mather Center for Women
- Faye Gary, EdD, RN, FAAN | Professor of Psychiatry, CWRU School of Medicine; Professor of Nursing, FPB School of Nursing
