Aug. 20 Message to Undergraduates: Health Kits and ID Cards for Local Off-Campus Students

To Our Undergraduates:

Yesterday we updated you regarding the start of COVID-19 testing for students living off campus but taking at least one course on campus. While you do not need to have your test result to begin classes Monday, you must be tested next week. We will provide details of next week’s testing times and locations as soon as they are finalized.

In addition, students who live off campus and would like to pick up their health kits (the drawstring bag containing two cloth masks with the CWRU logo, travel-size disinfecting wipes, alcohol swabs, tissues, two individually wrapped disposable masks to be worn in the event of illness, and travel-size hand sanitizer on a silicone strap) can do so from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Student Service Counter in the Thwing Center atrium—just use your student identification card to enter.

Students who have not yet received their university ID cards also will be able to get them in Thwing from Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; to gain entrance, go to Thwing’s south entrance (facing Euclid Avenue) and call 440.915.2557, and a staff member will provide access.
