Cancer care is provided through our clinical partners, University Hospitals and Cleveland Clinic. You can access leading cancer specialists, advanced treatments, support services, and clinical trials studying promising new therapies such as:

Case CCC's CAB
Community Advisory Board

To further focus attention on reducing disparities, Case CCC COE established a Community Advisory Board (CAB) to advise the center on cancer disparities and facilitate community engagement. The CAB brings together representatives of the cancer center, local community groups, and health boards.

Cleveland African American Prostate Cancer Project (CAAPP)

CAAPP is a research project led by a team of cancer survivors, researchers, doctors, and community members to encourage African Americans who were assigned male at birth and are aged 40+ to take a Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) blood test to screen for prostate cancer.

Health and Wellness Series

The Health and Wellness Series is a monthly gathering for East Cleveland families to meet with doctors and community experts to learn about navigating the healthcare system, preventing and detecting life-threatening diseases, and overcoming health disparities.

The Healthy Futures Research Project works with residents of East Palestine and surrounding areas to understand the impact of the Norfolk Southern train derailment by engaging in community-based participatory research.
