Aneesah Davis-Carothers joined the Case Comprehensive Cancer Center in July 2024 as the Director of Academic and Organizational Excellence. With extensive experience in program development, implementation, relationship-building, and advocacy, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Working closely with the Associate Director for Academic and Organizational Excellence, Aneesah plays a key role in advancing the center’s long-term goals and initiatives, fostering a positive and supportive culture within the organization.
Before joining Case CCC, Aneesah worked at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center from 2011 to 2024. During her time there, she honed various skills in healthcare administration, electroencephalography, clinical research, research education, social media marketing and management, workforce development, community outreach, and project management, with a focus on creating a more inclusive culture in clinical research.
Aneesah received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bowling Green State University, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Capella University, and a certification in Executive Leadership Development from the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management.
