I have two main research interests:

1. Using machine learning and artificial intelligence tools to optimize and personalize, the diagnosis, treatment selection, surgical planning, and prognosis of those with kidney tumors
2. I'm interested in the connection between lifestyle, diet and exercise and the development of genitourinary tumors. I helped to start a non-profit organization climb4kc.org dedicated to encouraging wellness to prevent kidney cancer, improve cancer survivorship and elevate and celebrate those affected by kidney cancer.
