Research Interests
The main focus of my studies is: 1) development of cancer stem cell-targeted theranostic agents to facilitate intraoperative imaging of tumor margins and 2) development of therapeutic techniques that may enable the specific ablation of cancer stem cells in the surgical wound that would significantly impact the quality of patient care.
