Jessica Cola joined the Case Comprehensive Cancer Center as Developmental Program Manager in November 2021 and is responsible for managing the pilot program grants over the course of their lifecycle. In addition to launching new RFAs in InfoReady and compiling acceptance letters between awardees and Case CCC, she oversees the accurate setup for awards, agreements, and subcontracts, and ensures appropriate information is entered to generate an internal notice of award while working closely with the Grants and Contracts Office. As part of the finance team, she provides monthly expense reports to PIs and administrators to ensure appropriate spending, completes journal entries, and monitors spending progress in accordance with individual award deadlines.
Jessica earned her Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Business Administration with a specialty in Healthcare Administration from Cleveland State University. She also has a Long-Term Care Administrator License and started her career in the Long-Term Care industry before moving into Healthcare Research at The Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute and then Case CCC.
