Research Interests
The overarching goal of our lab is to gain key molecular insights into innate immune regulations in tumor microenvironment (TME), with a goal of harnessing innate immunity to remodel the TME for better cancer immunotherapy. Currently we mainly focus on understanding the molecular regulation of cGAS-STING signaling in cancer cell and in T cells, and how they shape antitumor immune response.
