Dr. Tavri is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Interventional Radiology in the Department of Radiology at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He is American Board of Radiology certified in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology and a practicing clinician in Interventional Oncology. Dr. Tavri has daily clinical responsibilities with regard to oncology patients in diagnosis and treatment. The majority of patients Dr. Tavri treats have hepatic tumors.
Additionally, Dr. Tavri is pursuing basic and translational oncology research and has ongoing collaborations with current Case Comprehensive Cancer Center members. At present, he is working on developing a novel drug delivery system in a pre-clinical model, to overcome limitations of the current clinically available treatments of liver tumors.
