The university experience can often be challenging, and asking for help can be difficult for some students. The Dean of Students Office provides the Campus Assessment, Referral and Engagement (CARE) Report process for those in our campus community who may need additional support. The CARE Team’s role is to reach out to offer interdisciplinary, one-on-one support, so that students can be as successful as possible through graduation.
As students navigate the changes and challenges of the return to campus, you may encounter situations where it’s appropriate to submit a COVID-19 CARE Report for unique circumstances related to the pandemic.
Through this online form, students, parents, faculty and staff can identify students who:
- may need additional support;
- have symptoms/exposures; or
- may be having difficulty adhering to public health guidelines such as wearing a mask or social distancing.
