Code and Consequence: Where AI Meets Cybersecurity
Event Description
This is now a hybrid session.
Case Western Reserve Journal of Law, Technology and the Internet (JOLTI) will present its annual symposium. This full-day event brings together legal scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to examine the complex intersections of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity frameworks, and the evolving legal landscape governing data protection and national security.
By featuring a keynote address and four expert-led panels, attendees will explore how data governance now straddles civil liberty and security imperatives and gain substantive insights into emerging doctrines of liability, regulatory challenges, and ethical considerations surrounding the deployment of advanced technologies.
This event is designed for legal practitioners, policymakers, and technologists interested in current and prospective developments in AI regulation, privacy law, and cybersecurity compliance.
