LatinX Law Student Association

The LatinX Law Student Association seeks to create an academic and intellectual network with the Hispanic legal community, from which the entire law school community benefits. As part of these efforts, the LatinX Law Student Association has sponsored and cosponsored talks by visiting speakers from Ecuador, Mexico and NAFTA. Through STEP-UP, the LatinX Law Student Association is involved with the local community by bringing law student volunteers to local junior high schools to mentor and tutor disadvantaged children. The association also sponsors social activities. LatinX law students are invited and encouraged to become members of the Ohio Hispanic Bar Association, which offers a mentoring program and networking opportunities.
