Electronic vehicles, batteries, chips, solar panels, solar panels and wind mill manufacturers have been beneficiaries of the Biden Administration largesse. Professor Juscelino F. Colares and the Trade Law Fall Update Organizing Committee welcome you to the Eighth Trade Law Fall Update, to be held in person at CWRU School of Law and remotely (via Zoom). This fall update will include panels on: USMCA’s labor provisions and practice so far, industrial policy, and recent and upcoming developments on customs and trade litigation. In the morning, a CLE credit-granting session is replete with major topics that will cover the impact of these developments in the Midwest. Colares will offer brief closing remarks.
