The CTSC Research Volunteer Registry is a secure database of individuals who have
expressed interest in participating in clinical and translational research studies. The
registry streamlines participant recruitment by allowing researchers to identify and
contact potential volunteers who meet study-specific criteria.

Key Features

  • Various Pool of Participants: Includes healthy volunteers and individuals with a wide range of health backgrounds.
  • Pre-screened Interest: All registrants have agreed to be contacted about research opportunities.
  • Efficient Recruitment: Facilitates targeted outreach and may accelerate enrollment timelines.

  • Data Access: Upon approval, you will receive either a list of potentially eligible participants (with contact information) or facilitated contact through the registry team, depending on privacy considerations and participant preferences.

Guidelines for Use

  • Respect Participant Privacy: All communications must adhere to IRB-approved language and institutional privacy policies.
  • Recruitment Materials: Submit recruitment scripts/emails for review if required.
  • No Direct Access: Researchers may not have direct access to the full registry database; all access is mediated by the CTSC Recruitment Support team.
