Daniela Poulton joined the Office of Research and Technology Management (ORTM) at Case Western Reserve University in March 2019 as a compliance coordinator. Since then, she has progressed to her current position as a grants and contracts analyst in the Office of Pre-Award Services and Agreements (PASA). Prior to this role, she served as the financial compliance manager and was responsible for organizing and leading quarterly effort reporting cycles for CWRU faculty, staff, and students. She also exhibited her leadership abilities by managing the subrecipient monitoring process for subawards, monitoring key personnel restrictions imposed on NIH awards, compiling and reporting on federal reports, and assisting with the university’s yearly external audit.
In 2020, Daniela successfully completed the Train the Champion program. She holds a Bachelor of Arts as well as an Associate Degree in Nursing from Kent State University.
