Ericka McPherson

As a cash management specialist, Ericka McPherson handles account reconciliation and manages payments and drawdowns for grants. Ericka first joined Case Western Reserve University early in 2011 as an accounting clerk with One to One Fitness center. She was able to learn many of the financial systems and make great connections across the university, which helped her move into her next position at CWRU as a financial and accounting analyst within the Executive Education department of Weatherhead School of Management. After a brief relocation and departure from CWRU, Ericka was happy to rejoin the university as part of the Office of Research and Technology Management. She has completed the CWRU Women's Staff Leadership Development Institute,  as well as many Weatherhead Executive Education certificates, including the Green Belt Certificate and the Emotional Intelligence Leader Certificate.
