Jack Ko serves as the director of data management and visualization in the Office of Research and Technology Management (ORTM). Since joining Case Western Reserve University in June 2018, Jack has served in roles that involve financial management and improving existing operations at the School of Medicine. In his role within ORTM, he is working to improve data quality, develop new ways to visualize information, and streamline reporting. Prior to joining CWRU, Jack spent more than 15 years at three different Fortune 100 corporations in operation audit/process improvement, finance, and database marketing and analytics.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Emory University and his MBA from Drexel University with concentrations in management information systems and marketing.
