Jennifer brings more than two decades of operations management experience to her role as Assistant Vice President for Research. A graduate of Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, she has built a career defined by thoughtful process design, strong organizational leadership, and a deep commitment to empowering others.
In her current position, Jennifer oversees an eclectic and evolving portfolio of responsibilities across the research enterprise. She is known for setting exceptionally high standards for performance and modeling the level of excellence she expects from her teams. Beyond higher education, Jennifer is also deeply committed to community service, volunteering with Community of Hope in Cleveland and serving as a NICU cuddler at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital.
