Jennifer has over 26 years experience in operations management. She is also the co-owner of a small software consulting company.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Cleveland State University with a concentration in marketing. She has a special interest in process development and management, staff satisfaction and retention, and supporting others through logistical management of large projects.
