Mina Dimov came to the Technology Transfer Office (TTO) at Case Western Reserve University after working for over a decade as a research and development (R&D) mechanical engineer, designing and testing commercial aircraft engines for GE. She has several patents with GE. Later she pursued her PhD in the area of biomechanical engineering at the University of Cincinnati, University of Cincinnati Medical Center, Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, and University of Cincinnati College of Engineering, where she was a biomechanics principal investigator and researcher on various human subjects studies, publishing several peer-reviewed journal articles, while also teaching engineering courses. In her role as a licensing associate, she is responsible for Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs), Inter-Institutional Agreements (IIAs), and License Agreements in the Technology Transfer Office.
