Pre-Award Services and Agreements
Ron Vitale is the Senior Grants and Contract Analyst of the Office of Pre-Award Services and Agreements (PASA) in the Office of Research and Technology Management. He primarily handles pre-award matters, including internal award setups, modifications, issuance of external subaward agreements and modifications.
He began his Case Western Reserve University career in 2013 as an accounting clerk in the post-award Office and in 2017 was promoted and transitioned to PASA.
