The Office of Pre-Award Services and Agreements (PASA) handles agreements (including subawards) for research and research-related services and service agreements for technical, lab, and/or CORE services being completed by CWRU principal investigators.
Procurement handles the purchase of goods (commercial or specialized, etc.); services (artist agreements, independent contractor services, maintenance, etc.); and mixed goods and services (hotels, events, catering, equipment with maintenance, etc.)
