For the next few months, the Cash Management Unit in PASC will be focusing on collecting payments from sponsors that are delinquent. During our RADAR training on Dec. 5, we will be training attendees on how to read statements to see if sponsors have not paid invoices. Additionally, going forward we will be cc’ing PIs and department administrators when we send out reminders requesting payment. If payments are not received from sponsors within 120 days, we may ask PIs to stop working on a project until payment is received.
