James Strawser is currently working as the Facilities Coordinator in the Finance and Administration Office. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Certificate in Public Management from Cleveland State University. He also nearly completed the Masters in Public Administration program at Cleveland State and hopes to finish in the future.
Previously, James has held roles across Campus for two years through Kelly Services as the Interim Coordinator of Development and External Relations at the Mandel School, Interim Box Office Manager and Information Desk Assistant at the Maltz Performing Arts Center & Tinkham Veale University Center, and other various positions at Research Compliance in the IRB, Office for Student Advancement, Dental Clinic Cashier’s Office, and the Career Center.
Prior to working at Case Western Reserve University, James has a firm background in Customer Service, Food Service and Hospitality Management holding jobs in the Food & Hotel Industry and during his time at Ohio University has worked in different departments between the Dining Halls, Housekeeping, Grounds, and Moving Services.
