The Mandel School’s Master of Social Work (MSW) combines practice, research, theory and field education to prepare you for clinical and macro-level practice. Our competency-based learning environment and curriculum is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) and designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to advance key social justice issues, examine your own perceptions of diversity and become a more culturally aware and inclusive in your role as a social work professional.

The Mandel School offers the MSW in three formats: on-campus weekly, intensive weekend and online. The MSW is a 60 credit hour program for traditional students and 39 credits for students with advanced standing.
