Biomedical Protocol Template
The following templates are designed for studies focused on cancer treatment regimens, with chemotherapy as the main component of the regimen. The treatment template may be modified to address questions about hematology or surgical oncology. The treatment-radiotherapy template includes a radiation therapy component.
Social-Behavioral Studies Protocol Template
