HR Policies

The HR Policies, as well as the university-wide HR policies, contains select HR policies, procedures, practices, benefits, and services. The HR Polices Table of Contents can be found here. Not all policies, procedures, and practices are included. The CWRU Compliance Office maintains a list of and detailed information on university policies representing other departments online. Employees are responsible for familiarizing themselves with and abiding by all university policies, procedures, and practices.

The HR Policies do not apply to faculty, postdoctoral scholars or fellows, student employees, and temporary employees. However, they do apply to contract staff positions, such as Research Associates, Sr. Research Associates, and Research Scientists.
