Darcy A. Freedman, PhD research focuses on developing, testing, and disseminating policy and systems-level interventions to promote health equity by addressing the complex interplay between public health and the environment. Dr. Freedman conducts transdisciplinary community-engaged research in the area of community nutrition. She developed FM Tracks which serves as the gold standard method used nationally to evaluate healthy food incentive programming.
