Wellness Wednesday is a collaboration between University Health & Counseling Services and Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) to provide educational workshops on a variety of wellness topics. Workshops are open to all CWRU, CIA and CIM undergraduate, graduate and professional students. Space is limited, registration is recommended. All Wellness Wednesday's will be held in OMA located in Sears.
Wellness Wednesday Semester Topics
UH&CS and OMA are welcoming back the Wellness Wednesday series this semester, and we are kicking off the program with an information conversation and program regarding SNAP Benefits. Who's eligible, how to apply, how to use them and more. If you or someone you care about needs SNAP Benefits, please join us in this honest, judgement free program on January 28th from 3 - 4 pm in OMA.
UH&Cs and OMA are excited to offer this program in collaboration with the Dean of Students Office for this month's Wellness Wednesday to help you best prepare to navigate the SNAP Benefits system.

Join UH&CS and OMA this month for a conversation about healthy relationships and how to maintain them. We will be welcoming a representative from counseling services to discuss what a healthy relationship looks like and how best to set and respect boundaries in your relationships.
