Wellness Wednesday is a collaboration between University Health & Counseling Services and Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) to provide educational workshops on a variety of wellness topics. Workshops are open to all CWRU, CIA and CIM undergraduate, graduate and professional students. Space is limited, registration is recommended. All Wellness Wednesday's for Fall 2024 will be held in OMA located in Sears.

Description: September is suicide prevention awareness month, UH&CS and OMA are hosting a mental health awareness event. Join us for an engaging lunch hour of destigmatizing mental health and creating wellness plans that can be used throughout the semester as we experience different emotions.

Description: Are you curious about taking care of your skin and hair? Interested to learn how stress can impact your skin and hair health and how you can take of it beyond using cleansers? Come to this event where we will discuss some skincare and hair care basics. There will also be a raffle for some skin and hair care items!

Do you feel like you have time to factor in destressing and relaxing activities? Maybe you aren't sure how to. This Wednesday (Nov. 6) UH&CS and OMA are hosting a destress event for Wellness Wednesday. Come shred your stress and enjoy some mindful activities.
