UTech offers personalized one-on-one or group training for Zoom and Zoom Rooms. To request training, send an email utech-training@case.edu. Please include your name, title, department and any specific topics or functions you wish to have addressed.

Assistants are available to join your classes or meetings as a co-host. You can arrange for an assistant in advance by calling 216-368-HELP, e-mailing help@case.edu or submitting a ticket through the Help web page (help.case.edu). Another option is to contact the Service Desk during your class or meeting - you will need to provide your meeting ID.
