Mandel School Special Events - IT Support

Mandel Building and Mandel Center

IT support for audio and visual needs for special events, meetings and classes is available to Mandel School faculty, staff and student groups. These events can require significant technology and staff resources to support.

Two to four weeks lead time is requested for all events. When needed, support may be provided by university personnel or vendors, which may require additional lead time and may incur expenses.

Request support by emailing msass-utech@case.edu with the following information:

  • Event sponsor - name, department, phone, email
  • Event name, date & time, location
  • Equipment and technology needed (if known)
    • Examples: Media wall in Noble Commons, handheld or lapel microphones, video recording, live streaming of event
  • Event notes and details

Some events will require a walk-through of the technology prior to the event. Event sponsors are responsible for securing all equipment if IT staff is not present for the duration of the event.

Faculty and staff who frequently sponsor events needing only basic IT support will receive training on the event technology prior to the event.
