When you arrive on campus, you must check in at the following locations to obtain your key/key card. You do not need to sign up for a move-in time!
- Wade Commons -- (Clarke Tower, The Village at 115, Stephanie Tubbs Jones, 1609 Hazel, Property Management Apartments, The Triangle Apartments, north Greek houses)
- Fribley Commons -- (Murray Hill and Carlton Road residence halls and Greek houses)
Carts and dollies will be available for you to sign out (ID is required) at the area offices.
South Residential Village Move-in parking and unloading has changed due to the construction of the new residence halls on the old Lot 5 parking lot. Check here for details.
Can I do an online check-in?
If you are living in one of these halls, and have your CRWU ID card, you can do remote check-in on MyHousing. The option will show up on your check-in day.

If you are a transfer or exchange student, or lost your ID card, please go to the area office to check-in.
Can I Move-In Earlier than August 23?
Returning students can request an early arrival beginning on Saturday, August 19 through MyHousing. The early arrival fee is $50/night and will go directly onto your SIS account.
If you live on north campus, we strongly advise that you do not request an early move in time for August 20, as that is the move-in day for first-year students. There will be heavy traffic that will make move in more difficult.

Early Arrivals for Approved Groups
Residents in approved early arrival groups will have their arrival dates adjusted in our database at the beginning of August.
Approved early arrival groups (orientation leaders, athletic teams) will receive specific move-in instructions from their coach or supervisor.
Transfer Students
Your check-in date will be changed to Sunday, August 20 so you can move in with new students.
Exchange Students
Your check-in date will be changed to Friday, August 18.
Late Arrivals
Students who will be arriving after Sunday, August 27 need to notify the Office of University Housing of your late arrival date, no later than Wednesday, August 30, 2023, for the fall semester.
