Building upon Co-Dean Michael Scharf’s concept of “Grotian Moments” (paradigm shifts and tipping points in international law), as set out in his two recent books published by Cambridge University Press, the Max Planck Institute in Heidelberg convened an international workshop on March 26-27, 2021, entitled “Grotian Moments in International Law.”

Congratulations to the Case Western Reserve University School of Law Jessup International Law Moot Court team, which competed last weekend in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court U.S. Regional Competition.
