The housing application for Summer 2026 is now available on MyHousing!
Thank you for your interest in summer housing. We are excited that you will consider spending your summer in Cleveland and at Case Western Reserve University!
To be eligible to live in university summer student housing, you must be a Case Western Reserve undergraduate student registered for one of the following sessions: spring, summer, or fall 2026. (You do not have to be registered for summer classes.) May 2026 graduates are not eligible for summer housing.
Occupancy is available for the entire summer, or if you wish, you may select specific occupancy dates that best suits your plans.
Accommodations
Accommodations will be available for students depending on approved accommodation need, location can vary.
Summer CaseCash
Students have the ability to add CaseCash onto their student ID card through the summer housing application, in increments of $100.00. View the following locations where CaseCash can be used.
Application and Assignment Process
The housing application for Summer 2026 is now available on MyHousing!
Applicants must select the period of occupancy, including any transition periods, and accept the summer residence hall agreement when the application is completed. Applicants will be able to select a specific arrival and departure dates that best fits their summer plans. With Our summer housing options being in Noyes and Fayette, you will be able to submit your room type and roommate preferences, though Housing cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.
Please note that the earliest summer departure date a student will be able to choose is June 12th. The latest summer arrival date a student will be able to choose is July 9th.
