Workers' Compensation

Workers' Compensation is a federally and state mandated program that gives employees medical and wage replacement benefits for injuries or occupational illnesses sustained because of their job. Any Case Western Reserve employee working on behalf of the university is eligible for workers' compensation.

Employees seeking workers' compensation should contact their supervisor and complete the Occupational Injury/Illness Report.

Visit the Office for Risk Management and Insurance's Worker's Compensation website or reach out directly to the Office for Risk Management and Insurance for more information.
