Plan to Enhance Diversity and Achieve Inclusive Excellence

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is one of five core pillars underpinning the 2023-2028 Case CCC Strategic Plan and is of foundational value, infusing across the cancer center. Diversity creates stronger science and innovation. Therefore, the diversity of Case CCC’s membership and leadership is critically essential to accomplishing the center’s mission of improving the prevention, diagnosis, and therapy of cancer through novel scientific discovery, evaluation, and dissemination with the ultimate goal of achieving cancer health equity for all. 

Five aims (below) drive Case CCC DEI's Plan to Enhance Diversity (PED). The PED is designed to ensure cancer research workforce diversity and a scientific environment of inclusive excellence.
