Congratulations to the Mandel School's three 2020 NASW Ohio Chapter Regional Award Winners!
Each year the Ohio Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) recognizes social workers, public citizens and elected officials whose work in service of their communities reflects the values of the social work profession. Regional winners are nominated by NASW staff and selected from the nominees of each of the Ohio Chapters' eight regions.
- Student of the Year + 2020 Statewide Student of the Year: Ivan Conard, MSSA Student
- Public Citizen of the Year: Grover "Cleve" Gilmore, Dean
- For his dedication to the social work profession as demonstrated by his years of service as Dean of Case Western Reserve University's Jack, Joseph, and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences
- Student of the Year: Mary Bento, MSSA Student
