Join a roundtable discussion with Joe Hurd, operating partner at SOSV on Friday, Oct. 11, 1-1:45 p.m. in Sears think[box].

Hurd is a public company board director and early-stage investor, and currently a non-executive director of Trustpilot, Hays and Lloyd’s of London. He is also the operating partner at SOSV, a $1.6 billion early-stage venture fund where he leads strategy and business development efforts for the fund’s climate tech and deep tech portfolio companies.

Register for part three of Veale Institute’s marketing series

Join the Entrepreneurship Skills Lab Series for part three of their inaugural, six-part marketing series with Angelique Wong, founder at Societal Heights Marketing and Creative Agency. In this series, students will have a chance to explore topics like customer discovery, marketing budgets, social media strategy, branding and more. Participants are ideally working on an existing project or interested in social media and marketing. 

This event will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 9, 5-6 p.m. in Sears think[box]. You do not have to have participated in previous sessions in order to attend.
