Strategic networking and leveraging the power of LinkedIn
On Thursday, Feb. 27, from noon to 1:30 p.m., the Veale Institute will host a workshop on strategic networking and leveraging the power of LinkedIn with Michelle Halloran—executive career coach and professional development consultant at Michelle Halloran Consulting.
Michelle Halloran is an accomplished coach with more than 20 years of experience in career strategy and planning, presentation coaching, professional branding, resume writing and LinkedIn optimization. In 2008, she launched a successful consultancy that provides tailored solutions to promote career achievement.
Halloran is also the creator of the Boler School of Business Professional Development Program at John Carroll University. She was retained by Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine for the FLEX Leadership Program for Women from 2017-2019. Halloran is a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), and Certified Interview Coach (CIC).
She will be available 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the skills lab to meet with participants one-one-one.

Product focused innovation in medical device development
Join Vineet Erasala (CWR '18), chief operations officer at Genetesis on Friday, March 21, from 1 to 1:45 p.m., for a roundtable discussion.
Erasala is a specialist in full lifecycle medical device development and commercial access. Vineet co-founded Genetesis, Inc., and has owned several functions at the company, spanning technical implementation, human resources administration, project management, manufacturing and field service operations, investor and customer relations, intellectual property strategy, and quality management. Erasala is a proven product-focused executive, having overseen novel biomagnetic devices through research and development, sustained engineering, manufacturing and regulatory lifecycles. Erasala has a background in electrical and biomedical engineering from Case Western Reserve University, with several years of experience in biomedical research, medical devices and electronics.
