Deadlines and research opportunities from the Undergraduate Research Office

Deadlines for Intersections registration is approaching for those interested. Additionally, if you’re looking to explore research or internships in healthcare, the Undergraduate Research Office (URO) is hosting information sessions to help you identify opportunities, answer questions and apply.

Intersections

The Intersections poster session is a celebration of undergraduate research at Case Western Reserve University. It is hosted by the URO, and is a great way for undergraduate researchers to speak about their work; capstone students may have results they are presenting, while early researchers can share what they are working on and how. Regardless of where you are in the process, all presenters can learn from sharing their work with the CWRU community.

The non-capstone registration and abstract submission deadline is Friday, March 22.

UH Clinical Research and other internship opportunities

Join the University Hospitals' Clinical Research Center for a discussion on internships and clinical research opportunities for college students. In this session, specialists will discuss what clinical research is, the ongoing research at University Hospitals, and how you can get involved with either research or administrative positions in the Clinical Research Center. Attendees will get a chance to look over the job board and learn some tips and tricks on applying.

This in-person session will take place on Friday, March 22, 3:30-4:30 p.m. in Bingham 140
