How to Register for an Event on CampusGroups

To register for an event on CampusGroups, you will need to go to the event page. You can find the event page by locating it on the Events list page or through a direct link.

On the event page, under the "Registration" section, select your registration type and then click the green "Register" button. You may need to answer extra questions as part of the registration process. If the registration requires payment, you will be directed to the payment processor.

Once you complete your registration, you will be automatically redirected to a confirmation page. You will also receive an email confirmation of your registration.

How to Find Your Event Registration on CampusGroups

To find your registration for an event, first check your email for a message from admin@campusgroups with the subject line "You successfully registered to…"

You can also find it in your CampusGroups profile. In the sidebar under "My Activity," go to "My Events."

Look for the "Print Ticket" button to the right of the event. You will be able to view and download a PDF copy of your ticket. If you have any issues, the event organizers will also have a list of attendees.

How to Cancel Your Event Registration on CampusGroups

To cancel your registration for an event, first check your email for a message from admin@campusgroups with the subject line "You successfully registered to…"

You can also find it in your CampusGroups profile. In the sidebar under "My Activity," go to "My Events." Use the green "Event Details" button on the right side to open the event page.

At the top of the page, next to the event title, select "Registration" and click "Cancel" next to your registration. If you have any issues, the event organizers will also have a list of their attendees.

How to Get a Refund on CampusGroups

Not all registrations are refundable. Each event has its own refund policies. Payments older than six months are not refundable.

To request a refund, first find your payment in your profile. In the left sidebar, go to "My Activity" and then "My Payments." Locate your ticket payment, then click the "Refund" button in the right column.

Your refund request will be reviewed by staff and administrators. Refunds typically take 5-10 days to process.

Contact Event Organizers About Questions About Registration or Refunds

  1. Navigate to the event page.
  2. Under the "Hosted By" section, click the "Contact the Organizers" button.
  3. Fill out the "Contacting the Host" pop-up.
