The CampusGroups Scheduler allows you to connect to Zoom and Google Calendar to easily schedule, organize, and manage meetings all through CampusGroups.
Each scheduler comes with a dedicated link for easy sharing. Your scheduler link will offer meeting times based on your main Google Calendar free/busy as well as your scheduler settings (for example, Mondays and Wednesdays from 1 to 3 p.m.).
When someone uses the link to schedule a meeting with you, the meeting will automatically appear on your Google Calendar and Zoom (if applicable).
You can create as many personal meeting scheduler links as you need to offer different meeting lengths or locations, weekly virtual office hours, daily drop-in sessions, or specialized meetings.
Creating Your Meeting Scheduler
To access your personal meeting scheduler page:
- Log in to CampusGroups (community.case.edu)
- In the sidebar, click My Activity and then My Meetings
- In the top right corner, click Manage My Schedulers
- In the top right corner, click Create Scheduler and continue to create your scheduler
For a full walkthrough of the scheduler setup screen with visuals, refer to Creating a Meeting Scheduler on the CampusGroups help website.
Note that in order to use all the meeting scheduler features, you will need to complete a one-time setup to connect to your CWRU Google Calendar and Zoom accounts.
Accessing and Managing Your Meetings
When someone schedules a meeting with you, you will receive an email notification from CampusGroups and the meeting will automatically appear on your Google Calendar.
Meetings scheduled through connection programs are visible under My Activity in My Meetings in the sidebar. You can also bookmark My Upcoming Meetings in order to access the page more quickly.
In My Meetings, you will see all of the upcoming meetings from both personal schedulers and connection programs. Meetings are indicated if they are through a connection program.
Manage Meeting Scheduler Settings
At the top of the My Meetings, there is the gray Manage My Schedulers button.
On the Meeting Schedulers page, you will see all your meeting schedulers. You can edit your schedulers and add new ones as needed.
