If you plan to arrive after the North Area Office in Wade Commons closes at 10 p.m., please consult the posted information on the residence halls main door to contact the staff member on duty for temporary access to your room.

Early Arrivals for Approved Groups
Residents in an approved early arrival group (athletics and international students) will have their arrival dates adjusted in our database at the beginning of August to the approved date agreed upon by Housing, First Year Experience Office and/or Athletics.

Students arriving outside of the United States
Students arriving outside of the United States can check-in on Friday, August 17 between 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the North Area Office in Wade Commons. You will receive more detailed instructions from the International Student Resource and Engagement Office. You do not need to sign up for a move-in time.
Sign Up for a Move-In Time
In order to make our move-in process smooth and efficient, please sign up for a 1 hour (60 minute) move-in time slot by Wednesday, August 13, 2025 on MyHousing. This will be available beginning in early August.
Early arrival athletic groups and students arriving outside of the US do not sign up for a move-in time.
Late Arrivals
Students who will be arriving after the Sunday, August 24 need to notify the Office of University Housing of your late arrival date, no later than Wednesday, August 27 for the fall semester.
