The first-year and second-year residence halls and university-operated Greek houses are closed during winter break. This includes first and second-year students living in apartment-style housing (Triangle, STJ). For Winter Break 2023, the Office of University Housing is offering a winter break housing option for first-year, second-year, and Greek students returning for Spring 2024 who need housing for the entire winter break period (Thursday, December 21, 2023 - Thursday, January 11, 2024).

- All campus residents who sign up will be able to stay in their current housing assignment
Cost
The cost for winter break housing is $525 and will be billed directly to your Spring 2024 SIS account.

Sign-up for Winter Break Housing will be in MyHousing in mid-November. We will email everyone once the form is available.
Winter Break Meal Plan
During winter break, the dining halls are closed and most on-campus retail options are on a reduced schedule. We are offering students the option to purchase a Winter Break Meal Plan through Plum Market, or can be used at on-campus food court locations when they are open.
Winter Break Meal Plan: (December 21, 2023 - January 14, 2024)
- 5 meals/week + $150 CaseCash = $475.00
- 7 meals/week + $100 CaseCash = $550.00
Charges will go directly to your Spring 2024 SIS account.
