The BSTP program offers a common application and entry way into eleven PhD programs. This umbrella program allows you to rotate through labs to find the program and area of research that best suits your personality and career goals.
For students interested in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Translation Research, Epidemiology and Biostatistics, or Molecular Medicine, applications are made directly to the program.
MSTP students earn medical degrees through the School of Medicine's University Program and their PhD in the basic science field of their choice through the School of Graduate Studies.
Like other institutions, we defined the postdoctoral positions as a training period for a career in biomedical science, and we're committed to bringing the brightest trainees from a broad range of backgrounds to tackle the biomedical challenges of the future.
Our master's programs offer a course of study leading to a MS, MA or MPH degree. Some programs also offer combined degree programs.
This postbaccalaureate program supports minority students with an undergraduate degree to prepare for graduate courses and exams in medicine and science that lead to a career in biomedical research.
