The CWRU School of Medicine offers online learning options to provide flexibility to those who have an interest in expanding their skill set, outside of the traditional classroom setting. Aerospace Physiology (Online)

The 30-credit hour MS program is geared toward students seeking a comprehensive education in the physiological sciences in preparation for a career in Aerospace Medicine. The program is offered both online or in-person, offering flexibility to students near or far!

The 15-credit hour Certificate in Aerospace Physiology Program is offered in a synchronous, lecture/small group format that is both broadcast live and asynchronously accessed via online recordings.

The certificate program does include a 4-day, in-person residency requirement which allows students to partake in a hands-on laboratory component. This requirement is scheduled over one long weekend

Maternal and Infant Nutrition Education (MINE) Online Course

Maternal and Infant Nutrition Education (MINE) Online, is a self-paced introduction to nutrition during pregnancy, lactation, and infancy.  It includes approximately 6.75 hours of evidence-based content, all designed and delivered by expert registered dietitians in these fields.

Master of Science in Medical Physiology (Online)

The Medical Physiology master’s program (MSMP) is housed within the Department of Physiology and Biophysics at Case Western Reserve University’s School of Medicine. This program was designed specifically to help college graduates enhance their academic and extracurricular records to increase their competitiveness for admission to medical, dental, and other professional programs. 

  • Complete the program in 12-24 months
  • Spring, Summer, and Fall start dates available
