Pierra Heard

Pierra serves as the Assistant Director of Enrollment Management for the School of Medicine's graduate programs - including doctoral, master's, and certificate programs. She started at Case Western Reserve University in Spring 2022 after moving back from Tampa, Florida. She has worked in both undergraduate and graduate admissions with specialty in diversity initiatives. She aims to diversify the School of Medicine through assisting and recruiting North Star Award recipients, McNair scholars and students participating in the National Name Exchange. Pierra believes that inclusion is a major key to growth and there is no better way in growing an institution than to provide it with a unique student population.
